Be a part of a 6-week journey to explore the vast layers of our somatic landscape and awaken to the full aliveness of our being. Through this deep inquiry, we aim to foster a profound connection with the field of sensation, inviting us to shed, reunite, and reconcile what is within. In doing so, we create space for ecstasy and joy to be woven more deeply into the fabric of our existence, building capacity for the discomfort and pleasure of being human.
This series is an invitation to slow down, listen with intention, and allow the body to speak its inherent wisdom. The path home is not merely a return to self; it is a reunion with our vibrant, dynamic internal ecosystem.
Through somatic inquiry, contemplative practice, and creative expression, we will rediscover our natural capacity to tend to the internal constellation of our being—learning to embrace both the sacred and the challenging with an open heart.

Christine Calvert is an addictions counselor, somatic practitioner and a certified Holotropic Breathwork® facilitator. She is a module facilitator and teacher for Grof Transpersonal Training both in the US and internationally. In addition to bringing Holotropic Breathwork® and other experiential workshops to mental health and addiction facilities, she is passionate about the ethics and integrity needed in facilitating expanded-state work; supporting the integration of Holotropic and psychedelic sessions through somatic resourcing; and creative expression, personal ritual, and group support. She aims to approach this work through a trauma-informed, anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens and is dedicated to de-colonizing the work of soma, psyche and spirit, including a deep dedication to unwind the reality of that constellation in her own body and mind. Her own personal healing journey was greatly influenced by the Holotropic perspective and she feels deeply dedicated to sharing this work with those seeking healing. She enjoys finding ways to weave her personal and professional experience of different therapeutic and spiritual systems such as Shamanism, Somatic Experiencing, Jungian psychology, attachment theory, and mindfulness practices into her work with others. Christine maintains a private counseling and consulting practice in addition to facilitating Holotropic Breathwork® nationally and internationally, and supporting psilocybin facilitator trainings in Oregon.
